Recommendation Form

Deadline: Thursday, April 23 at 11:59 pm Pacific time

Thank you for serving as a recommender for a PAYA Youth Council applicant! Please complete the following steps to submit your recommendation letter by the deadline. 

  • Review the “What are you looking for in an applicant?” section of the PAYA Youth Council Applicant Information page.

  • Write a recommendation letter that is specific to the applicant. We are particularly interested in hearing about why their voice would be valuable on the Council and what they would gain from the experience.

  • Ensure your recommendation is at least 250 words and no more than 500 words.

  • Complete the form below and submit it by Thursday, April 23 at 11:59 pm Pacific time. The form requires you to upload your recommendation as a PDF.
